Carlie Brucia - Eleven year old girl, kidnapped, raped and murdered by
Joseph P. Smith. On February 20, Smith was indicted for first-degree
murder and charges of kidnapping and capital sexual battery were also
filed by Sarasota County prosecutors. The trial started November 7,
2005 in Sarasota. On November 17, 2005 at 3:24PM, the jury announced
their verdict, that Smith was guilty as charged. On December 1, 2005,
the Jury, by a vote of 10 to 2, returned a recommendation for the death
penalty.
Robert Blake Civil
Trial - It's an expensive rerun for
Robert Blake. The actor killed his wife or had someone else do it,
according to jurors in a civil trial that ended Friday November 19,
2005 with an order that Blake pay her children $30 million in "wrongful
death" damages.
Ricky
Dyer Jr. - Ricky Dyer, 21, was found in his car on July
17, 1993, in the hills of Sparks, Nevada, with the left side of his
head blown off. Ten minutes after the first officer arrived at
the scene, the Storey County Sheriff's Department ruled it a suicide.
His family believes it was murder.
Taylor Marie Behl- A source close to the
investigation tells 8 news that 38 year old Ben Fawley now admits
Taylor Behl died accidentally while the two were having sex. Police
interviewed Fawley for more than two hours at the Richmond City Jail.
His statement is described as more of a rough sex defense rather than a
confession.
Melissa Mendoza's boyfriend,
Daniel Roberts, of Sabattus, Maine admits shooting her. He says it was
in self-defense, and that he was protecting their two-year old
daughter. How could a gunshot wound to the BACK of the head be
classified as self-defense??

In 1949 Richard Kuklinski committed his first murder when he

1984), was an American serial killer. Though only two murders on his
part were confirmed, he gained great infamy due to necrophiliac
behavior, which involved the skinning of his murder victims and exhumed
corpses, the decoration of his home with parts of corpses, and the
creation of articles of clothing from the skin of corpses.
