Default 1980 Arizona Murder

In december of 1980 a 15 year old mexican girl was found burning in a church parking lot on south 5th st in Tucson Arizona. She had been bludgeoned and Raped. The girl My cousin had been out that night with her sister and friends. After an argument the group split up and she began a long walk home. She was last seen alive at apay phone where she had stopped to call her brother for a ride. she had refused a ride from strangers and was waiting to be picked up by her brother. Her brother arrived 10 minutes later and she was nowhere to be found. Over the years two persons were investigated and quickly eliminated as suspects. Christy was soon forgotten and the case has not been solved in all this time. If anyone can help find out why she died so young please contact me. Her Parents are quite old and the family would like to give this case some closure.

stillgrieving, I am so sorry to hear of your loss.

I hope that someone out there can provide information (any information, regardless of it's importance) to assist in rekindling the investigation in this case.

The more places we can distribute the case background and detail, the better. If you have more information, please post it.
